How it works

1. Sign up. Apply through our Rewardful portal. Most applications are reviewed within 24 hours.

2. Share your link. Use your unique referral link in posts, videos, newsletters, or direct recommendations. Attribution is tracked automatically.

3. Get paid. Payouts are processed monthly via Paypal, starting 7 days after your first referred customer is billed.

FAQ

Is the 50% rate really lifetime? Yes. We pay 50% for as long as the referred customer remains an active, paying subscriber. There is no introductory window that expires.

What happens if a customer cancels and later re-subscribes? If the re-subscription occurs within 90 days of cancellation, the original referral attribution is preserved and commissions resume. After 90 days, re-subscriptions are treated as new customers and may be re-attributed through standard cookie logic.

What's the cookie window for new referrals? 30 days. If someone clicks your referral link and subscribes within 30 days, you're credited.

Is there a minimum payout threshold? No. You receive a payout even if you refer just one user.

Can I run paid ads against my referral link? Yes. You may run paid ads that promote Alphanume, whether they point to your own content (a post, video, or newsletter) or directly to alphanume.com with your referral link appended.

Are there any content restrictions? We ask partners not to make unrealistic performance claims about Alphanume data (e.g., "this dataset produces X% returns"), not to misrepresent pricing or program terms, and not to include Alphanume in content that promotes signal-selling, pump-and-dump schemes, or other activity that could create compliance risk for either party.
